2006 - this years early trip to Roscoff was no dissapointment.
Twenty Eight riders aboard the "PONT-AVEN" for the overnight sail to Roscoff. Despite a poor forcast, we were treated to a fine sunrise, and some brightness along the coastal hug through Santec to Plouescat. It stayed cold and fairly breezy as we continued to Plougerneau for picnic lunch. The return trip was inland towards Lesneven, stopping at Landivisiau for coffee, and then the last few miles through Guiclan and Penze to St.Pol De Leon for the evening meal enjoyed after the 90 miles and 75 miles covered for the two ride groups. |
