CTC DA - Torquay

First meeting held at Mr.Fish's house on Tuesday July 1st, 1930

Present Mr & Mrs. Fish
Mr & Mrs. Marriot
Mr. Nuxworthy.

Mr Marriot had approached Mr. Fish on the matter of forming a DA in Torquay. They met on one or two occasions and talked on the subject, wrote to Headquarters and got their permission. Then Mr.Fish wrote to Plymouth to find out what they would do.
A letter from Mr.Spry of Plymouth stated that there was no ground for a DA in Plymouth or Exeter, but that there might be apossibility of forming one in Torquay. If Torquay formed one then Plymouth would help where possible.
It was therefore decided that Mr.Fih & Mr.Marriott visit each C.T.C member of this district and get his support and suggestions.
